An ancient practice of yogic sleep that offers the nervous system something rare: profound rest, gentle healing, and a return to wholeness.
Yoga Nidra translates as yogic sleep — a state of conscious, deep rest in which the body sleeps while the mind remains quietly awake.
Lying comfortably and simply listening, you are guided through a sequence of breath, body and awareness — a slow descent into a liminal space between waking and sleep. In this state, the nervous system settles, the breath softens, and the body does what it so rarely gets to do: truly let go.
It is not effort. It is not performance. It is the opposite — an invitation to stop striving, and to receive. A single session can leave you feeling as rested as hours of sleep; a regular practice can quietly change your life.
A practice that gives back what daily life so often takes — rest, ease, and a quieter mind.
There is nothing to get right. You simply arrive, lie down, and let yourself be guided.
Nothing to learn. Nothing to perform.
A Yoga Nidra session asks nothing of you except presence. There is no posture to master, no technique to remember — only the willingness to rest. Most sessions run 45–60 minutes.

Yoga Nidra is for anyone who is tired — in body, in mind, in spirit. If you have lain awake at night, woken unrefreshed, carried tension you cannot quite name, or simply longed to feel still, this practice offers a gentle way home.
It is especially loved by those who find traditional meditation difficult — the busy-minded, the anxious, the exhausted — because nothing is asked of you but to lie down and listen. There is no experience required, no flexibility needed, and no way to do it wrong.
Whether you are seeking deeper sleep, relief from stress, or simply a sacred hour of rest, you are warmly welcome here.
Yoga Nidra gave me the deep rest I didn't know I was missing. After years of poor sleep and constant tension, I now leave every session lighter, clearer and genuinely restored. It has become the anchor of my week.
