Welcome to Aayu Laxmi. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your participation in our services — including Ayurveda consultations, Yoga Nidra, private yoga classes, workshops, retreats, gift certificates and any events we offer (together, the "Services"). Please read them carefully. By booking, attending or otherwise using any of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", "the client") and [Aayu Laxmi] ("we", "us", "our", "Aayu Laxmi"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not book or use our Services. Where a specific service carries additional terms (for example, a particular retreat), those additional terms apply alongside these Terms; in the event of any conflict, the more specific terms prevail.

2. Definitions

• "Services" means any consultation, class, workshop, retreat, gift certificate, event or guidance we provide.
• "Booking" means your reservation or appointment for any Service, whether in person or online.
• "Deposit" means any non-refundable advance payment required to secure a retreat, workshop or package.
• "Website" means aayulaxmi.com and any related online presence we operate.

3. Bookings & scheduling

Bookings are made through our website, by email, telephone or WhatsApp, or through our scheduling platform (such as Calendly). A booking is confirmed only once we have acknowledged it and any required payment or deposit has been received. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking where we believe a Service may not be suitable for you, or for health, safety or operational reasons.

We will do our utmost to honour scheduled times. If we need to reschedule or cancel a booking for reasons within our control, we will offer you a suitable alternative or a full refund. Please arrive or log in a few minutes before your scheduled time; sessions cannot always be extended for late arrivals.

4. Payments & pricing

All prices are displayed in your local currency where possible and are subject to change. Any prices shown on the Website are sample or indicative figures unless confirmed at the point of booking; the final price is confirmed at the time of reservation. Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed. Where applicable, taxes and third-party fees (such as platform or payment-processing charges) are the responsibility of the client.

Multi-session packages are valid for the period stated at purchase (for example, a 5- or 10-session pack is typically valid for six months from the date of purchase). Unused sessions within a package beyond the validity period are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation & refund policy

We understand that life happens. To keep our practice sustainable and fair to all clients, the following cancellation and refund terms apply. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible by email or phone.

Refunds, where applicable, will be made to the original payment method within a reasonable time. We are unable to offer refunds for partial attendance, late arrival, or changing your mind after a Service has begun.

6. Retreat & workshop terms

Retreats and workshops carry the following additional terms:

• Health requirements. You are responsible for assessing whether a retreat or workshop is suitable for you, and for disclosing any relevant health conditions in advance. Please consult your physician before attending, and review our Disclaimer.
• Deposits & balance. A non-refundable deposit secures your place. The remaining balance is due by the date stated at booking; failure to pay by this date may result in the loss of your place and deposit.
• Travel & accommodation. Unless explicitly stated, travel to and from the venue, and any accommodation outside what is included in your package, is your responsibility and at your own cost. We strongly recommend suitable travel insurance.
• Code of conduct. All participants are expected to treat one another, our team and our venues with respect and care. We reserve the right to ask anyone whose conduct is disruptive or unsafe to leave, without refund.
• Changes & cancellations by us. We may amend retreat or workshop details (such as venue, schedule or content) where necessary. If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or transfer to a future date; we are not liable for any related travel or other costs you may have incurred.
• Force majeure. We are not liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, illness, government action or travel disruption.

7. Gift certificates

Gift certificates are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, unless a different validity is stated. They may be redeemed against any Service of equal or lesser value (with any difference paid by the holder, or retained as credit where permitted). Gift certificates are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Lost or stolen certificates may be replaced at our discretion with proof of purchase.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this Website and provided through our Services — including text, imagery, logos, designs, session materials, recordings, guides and articles — is owned by or licensed to Aayu Laxmi and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use materials shared with you for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell or publicly share our content without our prior written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree to use our Website and Services lawfully and respectfully, and not to misuse them — for example, by providing false information, attempting to disrupt our systems, infringing the rights of others, or reproducing our content without permission. We may restrict or refuse access where we believe these Terms have been breached.

10. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Information we collect and how we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our Services you consent to the practices described there.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Our Services are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for professional medical care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aayu Laxmi, its owner and any associates are not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from your use of our Website or participation in our Services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. 12. Governing law & jurisdiction
