Meet Your Wellness Guide

A companion for the journey back to yourself.

Behind Aayu Laxmi is a simple belief — that wellbeing is not a destination, but a returning. Allow me to introduce myself, and the heart that shapes this work.

A Warm Welcome

Hello, I'm [Your Name].

Ayurvedic wellness guide, yoga teacher, and the founder of Aayu Laxmi. It is a genuine privilege to do this work — and a joy to share it with you here.

For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to the question of what it means to live well — not in the sense of striving or perfection, but of feeling truly at home in one's own life. Ayurveda and yoga answered that question for me in the most quiet, profound way. Today, I help others find their own answer.

My Journey
A path made of listening
My Journey

How I came to this work.

My journey into wellness began, as so many do, with a moment of stillness. I'm [Your Name], and long before I became a guide I was simply a person searching — for steadier energy, clearer thought, and a way to feel at home in my own body.

Ayurveda, with its intricate understanding of constitution, season and rhythm, offered me something nothing else had: a way of understanding myself that felt both deeply personal and quietly profound. The day-to-day practice of yoga gave that wisdom somewhere to live — in breath, in movement, in rest. For the first time, balance felt less like a struggle and more like a remembering.

Over years of study and practice, what began as a personal path became a calling. I trained in classical Ayurveda and yoga, sat with teachers across traditions, and slowly found my own voice as a guide — one who meets people not with prescriptions, but with questions, presence, and care.

Today, through Aayu Laxmi, I hold space for others walking their own way back to balance. If you've arrived here, perhaps you are seeking the same thing I once was. I would be honoured to walk alongside you.

My Philosophy

How I hold this work.

Four quiet principles that shape every consultation, class and conversation we share.

  • Meet you where you areEvery plan begins with where you are today — your body, your season of life, your rhythms — never a template applied from the outside.
  • Honour the whole beingBody, breath, mind and spirit are woven together. True wellbeing is never partial — it addresses all of you, gently and at once.
  • Rooted in traditionThis work is grounded in classical Ayurveda and yoga, taught with integrity and deep respect for the lineage that has carried it through centuries.
  • Gentle & sustainableLasting change comes through small, kind, consistent steps — never force, never overwhelm. Slow wellness is lasting wellness.
My Compass

The intentions that quietly guide every session I hold.

My Mission

To walk alongside you back to balance.

To guide each person who comes to Aayu Laxmi toward their own natural state of harmony — through authentic Ayurveda and yoga, offered with warmth, integrity and care. Not ahead of you, but beside you.

My Vision

A life where ancient wisdom feels like home.

A world where the wisdom of Ayurveda and yoga is woven gently into modern, everyday life — where wellbeing feels less like a goal to chase, and more like a way of being we have simply remembered.

Beyond the Practice

The quiet things that fill my cup.

When I'm not consulting or teaching, you'll often find me walking at dawn, tending my garden, travelling slowly, or cooking for the people I love. Nature, movement and the quiet rituals of daily life keep me rooted — and continually remind me why this work matters. — [Your Name]
